Nice older, single stage repainted Dove Gray exterior with tan interior... Very Nice Survivor...

This long term survivor was sold new to Mervil Jones of Chmbersburg, Pennsylvania by Shively Motors on January 18, 1950. Mervil was a lifelong farmer and known for his frugality. He drove this car for the rest of his life. The car became an estate car in 2003. We have the original title copy and paperwork from the dealer.

Bought by a client in 2006, it seems like this car is very original except for one repaint long ago and a recovered front seat. This Wayfarer is ready to restore to original condition or for a vintage Hemi to create an old school hot rod.

The single stage repaint in its original Dove Gray has held up exceptionally well and there is no evidence of body work or rust when the car was repainted.

The chassis has never been undercoated and is very solid.

This Dodge is equipped with its original straight six cylinder engine with three speed manual fluid drive transmission.
